     Get the internal cursor flag to determine how many times _twM2()
     has been called, or determine whether the mouse cursor is hidden
     or showing. This is a useful function to put into a debugging
     routine when writing your own mouse functions. This function has
     some problems and is being re-written.

       Arguments:

     None.

       Return:

     The internal cursor count flag. This is a maximum of 0 if the
     cursor is being displayed and is decremented by 1 for every call
     to _twM2().

       Example:

     nCount := _twM42A()
